Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual.

As part of the Vibrant Minds team, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license for mental health counseling, such as LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
