HR Specialist

Overview
The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting our clients and internal HR team, working closely with the HR Business Partner to provide customized and practical HR solutions to challenges across a range of HR functions, including best practices for new hires, employee relations, leave administration, performance management, employee benefits, policies and procedures, training and development, and regulatory compliance.

1. Assist HRBP in supporting clients
2. Execute onboarding for clients
3. Document/customize/organize resources
4. Conduct Audits and communicate updates
5. Support Thread systems, processes, and culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred
• Current, valid Driver's license
• HR experience with an understanding of basic human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite, G-Suite, payroll reporting, and HR admin familiarity
• Must be able to get to the point with clients, resolve issues, and give concise advice
• Strong organization skills and ability to work both independently and as a part of a team on multiple projects
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Solid ability to solve HR-related problems and communicate with multiple clients
• Strong initiative and follow-through skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
