Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health challenges and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and systematically track their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Provide teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual care or face challenges accessing traditional in-person meetings.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions to ensure compliance with ethical treatment standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
