Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions where you help partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and foster connection.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adapt treatment plans to reflect changing needs and outcomes, ensuring that therapy remains effective and relevant.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client documentation, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, complying with all legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and holistic support to clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients who may be in acute distress, ensuring timely and effective care during emergencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
