Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs accurately and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care and monitor client progress throughout the treatment process.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in distress, utilizing empathy and expertise to de-escalate situations and provide relief.
\n
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational programs to raise awareness about mental health issues, aiming to reduce stigma and promote wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role involves working with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Our clients vary in age, background, and experience, which allows you to expand your clinical skills and develop cultural competence as you interact with different communities.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Have completed a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exhibit strong communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and dismantling barriers to care through warmth and understanding.

• Demonstrate cultural competence, showing sensitivity to the varied backgrounds and experiences of clients.
\n
• Have excellent organizational skills, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely while managing multiple caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community mental health settings, particularly those focusing on underserved populations.

• Knowledge and experience in utilizing teletherapy platforms and technologies to ensure effective virtual care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
