Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual counseling sessions with clients through secure video chats, ensuring each interaction is ethical and compassionate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse demographic of stable, low acuity adults presenting with various mental health concerns. These may include anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. Your role is pivotal in assisting them in building the skills necessary to improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Applicants must possess one of the following licenses, which allow independent practice without supervision: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) .

• No limited or provisional licenses accepted; candidates should have a clean disciplinary record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level are essential.

• Strong proficiency in technology and computer skills to navigate our digital platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred.
