What You'll DoPrepare and cook menu items on our robata grill with consistency and precision.
Execute dishes to Roka Akor's quality and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
Work collaboratively with the culinary team during service.
Assist with prep, station setup, stocking, and closing duties.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture.
Previous grill or line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
Experience with Japanese cuisine is a plus but not required.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Dependable, punctual, and team-focused.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
