Customer Service Representative
This customer will require a meet-and-greet with their management team as part of the interview process. The ideal candidate should have experience delivering high quality guest interactions, both over the phone and in person. The customer has very high expectations (similar to that of a law firm), so we need someone who is:
- Attentive and detail oriented
- Approachable and professional
- Experienced in a polished, professional office environment
- Including proficient to strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable representing the customer's brand through exceptional service
- Must be familiar with MS O365 Suite - Proficient in Outlook - Email, Calendarizing. As well as intermediate skill level in Word, Excel, and PPT.
Duties include:
- Answering and transferring calls
- Greeting and badging visitors
- Using Easy Lobby to manage visitors
