Será responsable de maximizar el impacto comercial del ecosistema de partners, impulsando el crecimiento de ingresos, fortaleciendo relaciones estratégicas y construyendo una organización escalable que contribuya al posicionamiento de Kushki como líder en infraestructura de pagos en Latinoamérica. Funciones Clave Estrategia y Liderazgo de Partners Definir y liderar la estrategia regional de Partnerships para distribuidores, referenciadores, ISVs y alianzas estratégicas. Diseñar e implementar el modelo operativo de la función de Partnerships a nivel regional. Establecer la visión, objetivos y planes de crecimiento del canal alineados con la estrategia corporativa. Representar la voz del ecosistema de partners dentro del equipo ejecutivo de Kushki. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de expansión, alianzas estratégicas y modelos de colaboración que aceleren el crecimiento de la compañía. Crecimiento Comercial e Impacto en Ingresos Ser responsable del cumplimiento de los objetivos de ingresos generados por el canal de Partners. Desarrollar estrategias para incrementar tanto nuevos negocios como ingresos recurrentes provenientes de socios. Impulsar el crecimiento de segmentos prioritarios como redes de referidos, socios tecnológicos e ISVs. Diseñar e implementar planes de crecimiento y retención para socios estratégicos de alto impacto. Gestionar indicadores de desempeño relacionados con generación de negocio, activación de comercios, ingresos por partner y retención. Desarrollo y Gestión del Ecosistema de Partners Diseñar y desplegar un programa formal de Partners que contemple segmentación, certificaciones, beneficios e incentivos. Estandarizar los procesos de incorporación, activación y gestión de socios en todos los mercados. Fortalecer la propuesta de valor para partners estratégicos y tecnológicos. Garantizar una experiencia consistente y escalable para los socios en toda la región. Promover iniciativas de enablement, capacitación y adopción de soluciones Kushki dentro del ecosistema. Liderazgo Organizacional Liderar y desarrollar equipos multiculturales y distribuidos geográficamente. Definir estructuras organizacionales claras, responsabilidades y métricas de desempeño. Fortalecer capacidades de liderazgo y desarrollo profesional dentro del equipo. Crear una cultura de accountability, colaboración y orientación a resultados. Eliminar dependencias críticas mediante la institucionalización de relaciones estratégicas. Excelencia Operativa y Colaboración Cross-Functional Alinear iniciativas con las áreas de Producto, Tecnología, Finanzas, Legal, Compliance y Revenue. Garantizar visibilidad completa del pipeline de Partners mediante herramientas CRM y procesos de seguimiento. Impulsar mejoras operativas que permitan escalar el canal sin incrementos proporcionales de estructura. Resolver dependencias críticas relacionadas con onboarding, pricing, habilitación comercial y capacidades tecnológicas. Implementar métricas, reportes y mecanismos de gobernanza para la gestión efectiva del canal. Requerimientos Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Economía, Finanzas o carreras afines. Deseable MBA o estudios de posgrado en Estrategia, Negocios o Gestión Comercial. Más de 8 años de experiencia en Partners, Channel Sales, Business Development o funciones relacionadas. Mínimo 3 a 4 años liderando equipos senior de Partnerships en organizaciones regionales o multicountry. Experiencia comprobada en la industria de pagos, adquirencia, PSPs, infraestructura de pagos, orquestación de pagos o fintechs relacionadas. Historial demostrable construyendo y escalando canales B2B con impacto directo en ingresos. Experiencia gestionando múltiples modelos de partnership simultáneamente (resellers, referidos, ISVs y alianzas estratégicas). Experiencia administrando objetivos comerciales, pipeline y métricas de revenue. Dominio profesional de inglés y español. ¿Por qué unirte a nuestro equipo?
