Growth Opportunity | Portfolio Company of A3S1 Capital We are seeking a motivated, organized, and ambitious Business Development Associate to join a rapidly growing consumer-facing business owned by A3S1 Capital, a private family office focused on acquiring and growing exceptional companies. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team at an early stage, work directly with leadership, and play a meaningful role in the company's next phase of growth. What You'll Do Manage inbound sales inquiries and customer relationships Conduct outreach to prospective partners and clients Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Support business development and growth initiatives Manage CRM activities and sales pipeline reporting Assist with marketing and customer engagement efforts Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience Help identify and execute strategic growth opportunities What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Self-starter with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership Interest in sales, marketing, operations, or entrepreneurship Why This Role This is not a traditional entry-level position.
