Our flexible work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering work-life balance without compromising the quality of care we deliver.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, duration, and frequency of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals, treatment requirements, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients' challenges.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress consistently and adapt treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health treatment to continually enhance service quality.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
