Office Manager
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Office Manager for a company based in Spartanburg, SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office and manufacturing operations. Develop skills in customer service, order processing, and billing.
Pay Rate
$18.00-20.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays, 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle order taking and order entry
- Manage shipping and billing processes
- Assist with production scheduling
- Track daily attendance
- Complete online courses to become HAACP and SQF Certified
Office Manager Qualifications and Requirements
- Working knowledge of Sage accounting software
- Experience with shipping and logistics processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
