Key Responsibilities

Menu Development

• Design and continuously refine a diverse, seasonal menu rooted in contemporary American cuisine
• Incorporate guest feedback and monitor culinary trends to keep offerings fresh and relevant

Kitchen Management

• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, upholding high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports strong morale and productivity

Quality Control

• Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all dishes
• Implement rigorous food safety and sanitation protocols

Operational Oversight

• Manage scheduling, ordering, and equipment maintenance
• Develop and refine kitchen procedures to improve efficiency and profitability

Financial Management

• Monitor food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses to meet budgetary goals
• Identify and execute strategies that optimize profitability without compromising quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in contemporary American cuisine with strong attention to detail
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience
