Business Development Manager

Salary: $50,000/Year | Full-Time

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in PA, NJ, AZ, or MA)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Development Manager to focus on e-marketing efforts for our outplacement services. This remote role requires a candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills, expertise in email marketing, and experience using Microsoft Office and other marketing tools. The ideal candidate should have 2 3 years of relevant experience and be comfortable participating in client meetings and representing Relevante professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-marketing campaigns to promote Relevante's outplacement services.
• Utilize email marketing tools to engage prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through professional communication.
• Create and deliver compelling email templates, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Attend virtual meetings with prospective clients alongside the leadership team and professionally represent Relevante.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of e-marketing campaigns to optimize results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay up to date on e-marketing trends and best practices to enhance outreach efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 3 years of experience in business development, e-marketing, sales, or a similar role.
• Experience in the staffing, recruiting, HR, or outplacement industry is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email marketing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills with the confidence to participate in client meetings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
