Our outpatient office environment allows for flexibility in scheduling therapy sessions, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Although you will be working remotely, regular virtual team meetings ensure team collaboration and support, allowing you to engage with colleagues and share best practices in therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will consist of individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a wide range of issues, including but not limited to relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. With a holistic approach to therapy, you will focus on not only addressing immediate challenges but also empowering clients with coping strategies and tools for long-term wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Maryland
