The role involves communicating with vendors and suppliers regarding purchase orders, shipping and delivery schedules, special-order items, and pricing discrepancies. Additionally, the candidate will assist customers with product selection based on application requirements and customer needs, support day-to-day customer service activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, and provide professional and responsive communication to customers through phone and email correspondence. The position requires collaboration with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to support overall customer satisfaction.
