Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of therapeutic tasks aimed at fostering healthy communication and relationships within families. Key duties include:

• Conducting individual and couple’s therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support emotional and relational healing.

• Assessing family dynamics and identifying areas of concern, including but not limited to, conflict resolution, adjustment issues, and trauma-related challenges.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions that encourage problem-solving and prioritize effective communication among family members.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client needs, ensuring adherence to best practices in therapeutic methodologies.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Engaging in regular clinical supervision and networking opportunities to enhance professional development and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide your expertise to a diverse client population, addressing a variety of concerns including:

\n

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate for this role should meet the following qualifications:

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
