Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing telehealth services to meet client needs and preferences.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to better understand client histories, strengths, and challenges, and to develop tailored treatment plans collaboratively.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress clearly and promptly using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and efficacy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and case managers to provide integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of client well-being are addressed.

As an LPCC at Center Field Counseling, you will work with a varied client demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
