Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate meaningful discussions and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on assisting adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a therapeutic setting focusing on diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is USD 100,000 – 110,000, commensurate with experience.
