Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to understand patient needs, history, and challenges related to their trauma experiences.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligning with best practices and patient goals, modifying them as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Provide therapeutic counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to engage patients and foster trust throughout their healing journey.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
