Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health status, treatment needs, and establish a strong therapeutic relationship.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals, effectively using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients using a range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct virtual sessions, maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of client information as per industry standards.

• Offer crisis intervention services as required, equipping clients with strategies to cope with urgent mental health issues.

• Participate in continued professional training and development activities to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adult clients presenting with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate trust and connection with clients.

• Demonstrated organizational abilities allowing for effective time management and client scheduling under a flexible hours model.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
