Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to accurately determine their mental health status and treatment needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual goals and requirements.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using a variety of evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to offer virtual therapy sessions, ensuring consistency and accessibility for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating a calm and supportive demeanor in high-pressure situations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and continuing education to remain current with mental health best practices and industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base in the community health clinic setting includes adults facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our counselors are encouraged to use their preferred therapeutic modalities, allowing for a personalized approach that puts client needs at the forefront of treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
