Infrastructure Analyst - Patch Management (ServiceNow)We are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to support enterprise patch management activities and serve as the primary liaison between patch management and application teams. In this role, you will coordinate patch schedules, facilitate change management activities, communicate patching requirements, and ensure timely execution of infrastructure changes in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate has experience working in IT infrastructure or operations, strong knowledge of ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will be responsible for tracking and documenting change schedules, providing status updates, troubleshooting issues, and communicating technical information clearly to both technical teams and management.Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with change scheduling and change management processes, and the ability to coordinate meetings and drive discussions across cross-functional teams. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools is required. ITIL or other change management certifications are a plus.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Minimum of 4 years higher education and/or work experience.Prior experience reading and digesting technical information.Detail-oriented.Proven written and verbal communication skills.Prior experience communicating technical problems to management.Strong customer focus, including ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities.Prior experience providing updates and statuses.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:Bachelors degree in technology-related field.Minimum of 5 years higher education and/or work experience.Certifications or special training in related technologies.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Buffalo, NY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $29.90 - $49.84/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
