Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that include individualized therapy strategies for each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques to address diverse mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated services, ensuring that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with diverse client populations, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• At least two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to the counseling profession.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
