Nurse Practitioner for our Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Lima and Marion, OH area
Compensation: $105,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, malpractice insurance, 401K with match, PTO, and CME reimbursement.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call. The Nurse Practitioner manages acute and chronic conditions for an adult and geriatric population in the long term care setting, covering facilities in both Lima and Marion (ideal for a candidate living between the two).
Qualifications:
Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license and DEA
Experience in skilled nursing, long term care, or geriatric primary care preferred
Comfortable covering facilities in two nearby markets
Strong clinical documentation and team collaboration skills
