A high-volume, upscale Latin American restaurant concept within a luxury resort setting, offering bold, chef-driven cuisine across multiple dayparts (breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch). The concept blends refined technique with vibrant flavors and a high-energy guest experience.
The Brand Executive Chef is responsible for owning the culinary vision, execution, and performance of a flagship, high-revenue concept (~$18M). This is a hands-on leadership role , leading a large BOH team (30+) while ensuring consistency, innovation, and operational excellence.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a 30+ BOH team , including Sous Chefs and leadership staff
- Oversee all culinary operations across high-volume, multi-daypart service
- Maintain and evolve menu development and brand standards
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and execution
- Drive cost control, inventory management, and profitability
- Execute in a high-volume (~$18M revenue) environment
- Oversee family meal program for the broader complex
- Partner with leadership on strategy, performance, and growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Engage with guests and support VIP events and activations
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
- Background in high-volume, upscale or fine dining restaurants
- Strong expertise in Latin or Latin-inspired cuisine preferred
- Proven ability to lead large teams and drive performance
- Multi-unit or brand-level experience a plus
- Strong financial acumen (food cost, labor, P&L)
- Hands-on, “chef’s chef” leadership style
