Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to tailor approaches to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care physicians, to develop comprehensive and coordinated treatment plans that address the whole person.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and make necessary referrals to external resources, ensuring clients receive prompt and effective support when required.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and the highest standard of record-keeping.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision, peer reviews, and team meetings to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
