responsibilities:
As our Senior Accountant, you'll own the full-cycle process. This isn't just data entry; it's high-level financial reporting and strategic analysis.

• Full-Cycle Ownership: Preparation of Balance Sheets, P&L, and Financial Statements.
• The Details: Managing Journal Entry (JE) processing and month-end close.
• The Tech: Navigating Yardi and using Excel to drive departmental efficiency.
• Compliance: Working within SOX Compliance and internal controls to maintain gold-standard reporting.
• Growth: Digging into the data to identify trends and asking the \"Why\" behind the variances.

qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5+ years in Full-Cycle Accounting.
• Tenure: You have a track record of stability and a desire for long-term growth.
• Curiosity: High intellectual curiosity. You don't just \"do\" the task; you want to understand the logic.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for a collaborative team environment.
• Software: Yardi proficiency is required; strong Excel skills are a must.

Bonus Points (\"Nice to Haves\")

• Experience in Cost Accounting (or a strong desire to learn it!).
• Direct experience with internal controls and SOX Compliance .
