This established aerospace and defence manufacturer develops specialist equipment and engineered solutions supporting commercial aviation, military aircraft and aftermarket operations. With an international customer base and ambitious growth plans, the business is investing in its commercial leadership across North and South America. The Head of Sales will lead regional sales strategy, customer development and new business generation, taking ownership of revenue growth, profitability and commercial performance. As the Head of Sales your responsibilities will include Developing and executing sales and business development strategies across North and South America Building senior-level relationships with aircraft OEMs, airlines, defence customers and aftermarket organisations Driving revenue, order intake, pricing, gross margins and profitable new business Leading and developing sales and customer support teams , strengthening performance and accountability Managing commercial negotiations, bids, proposals, customer agreements and sales forecasts As the Head of Sales you will bring Proven experience in aerospace sales, business development or commercial leadership Strong relationships with aircraft OEMs, airlines, defence contractors or aerospace aftermarket customers Demonstrated success winning new business, negotiating contracts and increasing profitability Experience developing sales teams, customer accounts and regional growth strategies Commercial expertise across pricing, forecasting, account management and strategic planning Experience selling aircraft components, airframe equipment, cargo restraint systems or aviation safety products would be advantageous. The Head of Sales will have the autonomy to shape regional growth, strengthen established customer partnerships and identify new market opportunities. Offering remote working anywhere in the US, up to $140,000 base salary and benefits , this is an opportunity to influence commercial strategy within an established international aerospace manufacturer.
