Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulate precise clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, ensuring methods are adapted for each client's unique goals and preferences.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, implementing effective strategies to stabilize their situation.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment progress notes and assessment results, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and local regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
