Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with various musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement individualized rehabilitation programs using evidence-based practices incorporating manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and appropriate modalities.
• Educate patients about their conditions, essential exercises, and strategies for injury prevention to facilitate informed decision-making about their recovery.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with physicians, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant patient documentation, ensuring all records reflect the delivery of care and outcomes in line with state regulations and clinic standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and optimize treatment approaches across the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from injuries, individuals with chronic pain conditions, and post-surgical patients aiming to regain mobility and strength. Qualifications

• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Compensation and Benefits
