Work Environment\n

Our community health clinic operates primarily remotely, allowing for flexibility in where and how you deliver care. This unique hybrid work setting ensures that you can maintain work-life balance while engaging in meaningful therapeutic work. The anticipated work schedule includes full-time positions from Monday to Friday, resulting in an eight-hour workday, with part-time opportunities available on weekdays and Saturdays, accommodating various personal schedules and team needs. Importantly, you will enjoy weekends off, allowing for dedicated downtime and personal pursuits.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to groups, families, and individuals.

• Maintain and document accurate clinical records, adhering to state and federal laws, as well as ethical standards in practice.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community health advocates, to provide comprehensive and integrated client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, gaining insights into the latest findings in mental health research, and improving clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC at our center, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our clients often present with a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational issues. You will have the opportunity to play a critical role in their recovery journeys and be instrumental in building a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is necessary, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
