FINANCE COORDINATOR

FINANCE COORDINATOR Responsible for ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and processing transactions efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet all customers and sales professionals in a friendly manner Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers. Ensure to review all orders with customers to maintain accuracy Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention. Communicate Guest requests to management. Any other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS At least 1-year experience of cash handling experience High School Diploma or GED Strong interpersonal and communication skills Enjoy working with the public Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced and occasionally high-stress environment Successful candidate must be available nights, weekends, and holidays Intermediate understanding of MS OfficeThe ability to learn new programs and systems easily Bilingual (Spanish/English) a + PHYSICAL DEMANDS Most all of the time is spent sitting, standing/walking or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).
