About the Role

\n

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and expand customer relationships across assigned U.S. markets.

\n

This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional with experience in B2B industrial sales, electronic components, batteries, or related technology-driven industries.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets.
\n
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposals, negotiations, and closing.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, prospective clients, and regional sales representatives.
\n
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing recommendations.
\n
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records, forecasts, and activity reports using SAP.
\n
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
\n
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
\n
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
\n
• Conduct virtual customer meetings, presentations, and occasional in-person visits.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales or industrial sales.
\n
• Experience selling electronic components, batteries, or related high-tech products is strongly preferred.
\n
• Demonstrated success in business development, account management, pipeline management, and closing sales.
\n
• Ability to understand and communicate technical product features and benefits to diverse customers.
\n
• Experience using SAP and standard Microsoft Office applications.
\n
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple sales opportunities.
\n
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience working with manufacturer representatives or distribution partners.
\n
• International sales experience.
\n
• Familiarity with medical technology, industrial automation, telecommunications, or other technical markets.
\n

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must maintain a valid driver's license and passport.
\n
• Ability to travel overnight up to 30% as required.
