Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for patients to establish their emotional, psychological, and social functioning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a solution-based approach to therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and interventions in compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and caregivers, to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Provide crucial education to patients and families about coping strategies and resources available to them during the hospice process.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment and best practices to enhance therapy outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on a diverse group of patients and families facing terminal illnesses. You will provide psychological support, addressing grief, anxiety, and other mental health challenges that arise during this sensitive time. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Massachusetts is essential.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
