Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement suitable therapeutic strategies.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to clients' specific needs, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Regularly review client benchmarks to ensure effective interventions.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients needing virtual options due to geographical constraints or personal preferences.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy notes and treatment plans to comply with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing our electronic health record system.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and remain informed about new treatment methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. This role requires an empathetic approach to understand and address the unique challenges faced by each client, utilizing tailored therapeutic techniques that foster resilience and positive change.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and feeling of safety within therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental attitude when engaging with clients facing difficult life challenges.

• Organizational skills and time management proficiency to balance a caseload effectively while maintaining quality client care.
