Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, developing comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that prioritize their specific needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, closely monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize their outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy sessions and utilize digital tools to stay connected with clients who may prefer or require virtual engagement.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical, regulatory, and insurance standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional education and training focused on enhancing clinical skills and integrating new evidenced-based practices into your work.

Qualifications\n
