Administrative Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 19.23 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with registration questions, payoff requests, and account support.
- Process and respond to administrative correspondence, including parking tickets, property taxes, and registration renewals.
- Organize and maintain lease files, off-lease documentation, cash receipts, and other company records.
- Prepare and process vehicle title, registration, insurance, and funding paperwork.
- Support office operations through data entry, Excel reporting, and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Administrative Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; prior administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word with strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with motor vehicle registration, title processing, or automotive leasing documentation is a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
