Work hours typically range from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to meet patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create tailored treatment plans that reflect individual client needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized methods, ensuring each approach aligns with the client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient interactions and treatment plans are appropriately recorded.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a dedicated multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive support for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance care quality and integrate innovative practices into your therapeutic approach.

• Educate clients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Crestwood, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will develop therapeutic relationships that foster trust and promote meaningful progress toward mental wellness, adapting your therapeutic techniques to meet the varied needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy methodologies and an understanding of cognitive and behaviorally focused strategies for individualized patient care.
