Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities as referred by physicians, which entails detailed assessments of mobility, strength, and pain.
• Develop customized treatment programs that address individual patient needs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine domains.
• Implement therapeutic interventions employing a diverse range of modalities such as manual therapy, exercise protocols, and advanced rehabilitation technologies.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for all patients.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment plans, recovery processes, and self-management techniques to promote independence.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals while enhancing overall patient satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License to practice physical therapy.

• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, essential for patient interactions and interdisciplinary collaboration.
