Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to manage therapeutic care for patients, ensuring coordinated and seamless service delivery.

• Monitor and deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions throughout the entire care continuum, addressing the unique needs of each patient.

• Implement and instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, usage of therapy devices, and prosthetic appliances, ensuring they fully understand their roles in the recovery process.
• Effectively manage your caseload, prioritize daily tasks, and coordinate teamwork to fulfill staffing needs and ensure smooth transitions of care among colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
• Possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
