As an Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support to address and resolve customer needs effectively. Your responsibilities will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. This is a fully‑onsite position. Candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday at one of the following locations: Birmingham, Alabama; Mobile, Alabama; Jacksonville, Florida; New Orleans, Louisana; or Norcross, Georgia.
