Project Coordinator

Role Description The Project Coordinator will operate remotely, concentrating on the maintenance of precise financial records, the supervision and improvement of documentation and safety processes, and the support of our network of locations. Primary duties encompass: Maintaining financial records using Microsoft Excel and Salesforce Reviewing time entries daily to ensure accuracy Assisting with the submissions for onboarding, offboarding, and talent acquisition requests Maintaining Organizational Chart for overall and individual accounts Preparing monthly financial totals for invoicing Assisting as needed in the creation of formal RFQs and RFPs Monitoring training compliance of safety procedures and requirements (e.g., NFPA-70E, Lock Out Tag Out procedures, First Aid & CPR training, proper use of PPE) required by Salute and Clients Coordinating and assisting with conducting interviews and managing communications with prospective new hires Generating reports on financial performance, process compliance, and hiring efforts Performing additional tasks as required to ensure all accounts are performing at expected levels Qualifications Proficient computer skills Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Exceptional time management abilities Strong customer service experience Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams Access to and proficiency with a smartphone Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Exceptional attention to detail Requirements Military experience (preferred) Experience in the data center industry (preferred) Experience scheduling appointments and/or conducting interviews with prospective new hires (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Full understanding of Customer Service principles Comfortable working collaboratively or independently Comfortable communicating over the phone and on video conferences Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 40lbs Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipment Ability to stand for long periods of time in various work environments Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for equipment related tasks Basic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quickly Ability to move quickly and efficiently within various work environments to troubleshoot issues or respond to emergencies Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectors Clear vision, with or without correction, to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and precision while wearing safety glasses Ability to differentiate between color-coded warning signs, labels, and cables Ability to work in environments with a wide variety of temperatures inside a facility Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, or snow Capability to work in environments with elevated noise levels while wearing hearing protection Possession of a valid driver’s license for work-related travel, as required Benefits 8 company-paid holidays 2 floating holidays PTO for personal time Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision starting on Day 1 Employee Assistance Program available to all employees Employer-supported 401(K) with immediate 100% vesting, plus a 3% employer match and a 50% match on the next 2% Access to HSA, mental health resources, and gym discounts Discounted group programs such as legal services, home & auto insurance, pet insurance, and ID theft protection Company Description Salute is a rapidly expanding company and a recognized leader in providing cutting-edge datacenter infrastructure services.
