Credentialed Credential Analyst

Under general direction, perform advanced credential analysis and high-level human resources work in support of District recruitment, hiring, and compliance efforts. This position serves as the District subject matter expert in certificated credentialing while independently performing complex human resources work related to recruitment, selection, and employment processing. The position functions between technical staff and the Human Resources Supervisor, providing advanced expertise, coordination, and problem resolution without exercising supervisory authority Work Days: Monday - Friday

Requirements / Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; An associate degree or the completion of at least sixty (60) college-level semester units in human resources, education, public administration, or a related field. Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in credentialing and/or human resources in a public school district required, including independent interpretation of credential law and advanced hiring or recruitment support. Effective October 1, 2024: If you have an AA, Bachelor's, or Master's degree, you must also attach a copy of your high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree cannot be submitted in lieu of a high school diploma, unless your official college transcript clearly displays your high school graduation date and the name of the high school from which you graduated. Letter(s) of Recommendation (two (2) letters dated within the last two (2) years and must include a signature.)
