Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct a variety of individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Develop personalized treatment plans by assessing client needs, developing therapeutic goals, and adjusting interventions based on progress.

• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers—to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Maintain complete and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, state regulations, and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LPCC license in California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
