Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to determine clients’ substance abuse history and overall mental health status.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health issues, tailoring interventions to each client’s unique situation.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both individual and group, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to drive successful client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
