Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible work environment based remotely, providing you the opportunity to maintain a work-life balance while serving patients in need. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans that address their unique situations.

• Engage in active listening during patient meetings, facilitating open discussions about their challenges and mental health history.

• Diagnose mental and emotional disorders by employing evidence-based approaches and develop comprehensive coping strategies and treatment plans.

• Continuously monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments based on patient feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, social agencies, and community resources to connect patients with necessary services and support systems.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma coping mechanisms and mental health resources available to them.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements by participating in continuing education courses to retain National Certified Counselor certification.

The primary focus will be on patients who have experienced trauma injuries, which can encompass various mental health issues such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n
