LHH is currently seeking Accounts Receivable Specialists for temporary opportunities with companies throughout the Portland area.

If you enjoy working with customers, managing financial records, and helping organizations maintain healthy cash flow, we'd love to connect with you.

Potential Responsibilities

• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
• Generate and distribute invoices
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end reporting and accounting activities
• Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment questions
• Assist with collections efforts while maintaining positive customer relationships

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Receivable or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
