Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, utilizing various tools and methodologies tailored for seniors in hospice care.

In this role, you will primarily serve seniors facing terminal illnesses and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
