Work Environment\n

This position allows for flexibility as it is entirely telehealth-based. You will have the tools and resources to provide high-quality care from the comfort of your home while maintaining excellent work-life balance. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and fully compliant with HIPAA regulations, enabling seamless interactions with clients. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though you may occasionally be scheduled for evening or weekend shifts on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, exploring their severity, frequency, and impact on daily functioning.

• Collaborating closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, treatment goals, and personal preferences.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, predominantly including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Offering education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, promoting understanding of treatment paths and effective self-care strategies.

• Regularly tracking and monitoring client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes effectively.

• Maintaining collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive client care.

• Staying informed of the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to refine clinical approach and implementation.

• Documenting client sessions, treatment plans, and assessments accurately and in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

You will work predominantly with clients experiencing mood disorders, addressing the various challenges they face. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Oregon.

• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base.

• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and capacity for effective collaboration with psychiatrists is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
